Sabrina’s Senior Session | City Island, Harrisburg PA

Here is a sneak peek of my beautiful cousin Sabrina!  She’ll be graduating this June from Hershey High School!!  I’m so incredibly proud of her!! Take a look, leave some love!!  Congrats Sabrina!! (Oh and I HAD to add a picture of her cat…so so pretty!!)

Uhland Family Session | Plank Road Park

The best compliment you can pay a photographer is to hire then again, and again, and…well, you get the point! Chris and Katherine and Lorelai are no exception to this rule!!  I’ve known Katherine a long time.  I used to work with her father when he was a teacher at Jenkintown (he’s now retired), and I shot her sister Beth’s wedding.  Not only was Katherine in the wedding, but she also did all of the flowers and flower arrangements. Have fun with this super sneak peek of Chris, Katherine and Lorelai…and until next time!!  (BTW-Katherine owns Events by Organized Chaos and should you need flowers- I promise that she’ll deliver the most amazing, fresh, creative and beautiful flowers for your wedding or event. Hire her, she’s a great human being!  Not only that, but I’m dying to work with her!!)

Katie & Joe | Knowlton Mansion

The first wedding of 2013 was spent with Katie and Joe!!  I could not think of a better way to start this season.  When I met with Katie and her mom, I knew this was going to be a great wedding. My second shooter, Gary Johnson, and I started the day with the quintessential getting ready shots and the reveal; probably one of the sweetest reveals I’ve seen to date.  Great Bridal Parties can make my day very exciting….I know I may say this a lot, but, I really, REALLY, love Bridal Party Formals; like-a lot!  We had so much fun!  Formals were a success!  The ceremony was touching and I captured the best dress-bustle during the receiving line EVER!  :) The reception was the highlight of the night! What could be more exciting than having the Philly Phanatic show up to your wedding? When the evening started to die down, Katie and Joe made their way down to the Wine Cellar for some gorgeous shots!  All-in-all it was a magical night filled with fun, family, friends and lots of love!!

Ceremony:  Saint Hillary’s in Rydal, PA
Venue: Knowlton Mansion in Philadelphia, PA

Dr. Lucy, Bill & Roswell | King of Prussia

For many years, and out of the mouths of many friends, I’ve heard the expression, “It’s hard to find a good doctor!”  For me, this statement couldn’t BE more false.  I’ve had the good fortune of knowing Dr. Lucy since 1999!  When I moved from Phoenixville to Manayunk in 2001, she used to gently tell me that it was ok to find a doctor that was close to me.  Obviously I don’t listen very well.  I’ve come to respect and love Lucy and after 10+ years, who would listen to my ramblings about having (what I thought) was Parkinson’s Disease because of a finger twitch or who would let me Facebook message her when I lost my voice (literally).  Did I mention how much I adore her.  She a great doctor! And a person! And she’s funny; like really funny.  She has an incredibly witty, well-written blog, “Musings of a Dinosaur” and she’s an author: DECLARATIONS OF A DINOSAUR: 10 LAWS I’VE LEARNED AS A FAMILY DOCTOR. I’m so happy that she let me photograph a moment of her wonderful life with her husband Bill and her beautiful fur baby Roswell!! (BTW-Roswell, along with Lucy’s two cats, are all rescues!)

Franny & Steph | Manayunk & Valley Forge Wedding

Congratulations to Franny & Steph!! I remember my first time meeting them because they were the first wedding that I booked for 2012 and they were my last wedding of the season!!  Their wedding was a perfect way to end 2012.  October 20, 2012 was a beautiful day!  They were married at the iconic church in Manayunk, St. John the Baptist and then we shot over to Valley Forge Park, then on to party at the Radisson Valley Forge.  This wedding had everything from amazing church scenes to picturesque fall foliage to the best cake smash EVER!! I feel like I had been planning this day for so long (I  now know how the bride feels!!) and when it finally came, everything came together nicely.  Please help me congratulate this wonderful couple!! XXOO
